If you’re from Portland and you’re into mobile technology stuffs, I highly recommend you check out and attend a Mobile Portland event. The format is simple. A mobile topic. Some expert panelists. A moderator. And some Q&A. Each event focuses on a different theme such as mobile analytics, mobile marketing, mobile health care, etc. I’ve attended about half a dozen events myself this year and each has proven brain beneficial and interesting.
Here’s a little excerpt from the Mobile Portland website:
“Mobile Portland is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, promoting and supporting the mobile technology community in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding areas. We gather on the fourth Monday of every month for presentations, discussion and networking. We are also building a community device lab that will allow people in the area to test their software, web sites, and services on a variety of devices.”
